The interview process was completely conducted online. Apparently the next stage is face to face. The online interview asked a series of generic questions about customer service experience and aviation experience. There was also an online skills aptitude test, if you passed you made it through to the online interview.

The question that they ask is straightforward. They made a presentation about the company and each staff member manager introduced themself to us, what they do and how long they have been working for Swissport.

Very friendly and took time to get to know me. Spent a lot of time explaining the role. Made me feel at ease in the individual interview process. Very polite and gave positive feedback throughout.
