It was rather challenging to talk and discuss smth without interlocutor. Detailed feedback wasn't provided.

For the first round, I was approved, so they reached out fast with the feedback and info on the next steps. Second round was the same process/questions, but with other members of the team. They did not provide any feedback (not even a negative thanking candidates for the application).
