i applied through their website and got a phone call for an interview i think a month later. i interviewed at their offices in Cape town. it was really nice interview. the people who interviewed me were very friendly. one tip is to prepare beforehand. make sure you know about the company,the job. based on my interview they were impressed about how much i knew about the company and its vision and mission

First they will call you if your resume matched with their requirements, then they email you to confirm the interview date. On the interview day, they will give you a quiz, basically about English and Mandarin translation, which aslo included life insurance content, depends on what job you applied. Finish the quiz then say goodbye to your HR. That's it.
