I completed five interviews for a basic administrative position over six weeks with eight members of management. During this time, the people I interviewed with spoke endlessly about what an incredible company Swisher/Island Management is and how well they take care of their employees. After my final interview, which I felt went very well, I followed up with my recruiter after not hearing a response for over a week. They informed me that another candidate was chosen, with no other information or insight as to why I wasn’t extended an offer. For a company that holds its own character in such high regard, I was surprised I did not at least receive a phone call from my main interviewer to thank me for my time and give me feedback. Swisher claims to value people, but actions speak louder than words, and their actions in this case spoke volumes.

The interview process was not difficult. The managers made the process very comfortable and made me feel welcome.The questions were very professional and I was able to walk through the entire building and factory and get a feel of the work environment.
