Approached by a Recruitment consulting firm for node js backend developer role with SwiftWin. The process took over a month. The process was overly tiresome, specially the process related to HR department. Didn't roll out offer even when I time again reminded them about another offer that had an immediate joining. HR/Recruitment team came to negotiate salary (even though discussed in HR round), a day before my joining in another company. Finally, declined the company when they failed to send offer on agreed upon date. Couldn't lose the other offer waiting for this company to release the offer. Advise, stay away if you are an immediate joiner.

I have got to call through from recruiting team, have gone through 4 rounds of technical. First 2 technical round taken by SwitWin employee and 3rd technical round via on-site technical lead. The final round was the client round. Total takes around 2 weeks to process.
