I saw a posting via a job database search through my current school and I emailed the person stating that I was interested along with my resume. About two days after she replied back and we set up a time to do a phone interview for that same day.

I was referred by a friend. They were very friendly, assistant manager was taking notes and her and the manager took turns in asking me questions. Simple questions, then told me to sell a collection to them in a roleplay scenario. Then asked some admin questions, as expected.
