In summary, the process consisted of two stages: interviews with Svitla and then interviews with Svitla's client. Stage 1 Interview 1: I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn and she shared a well-detailed job description with me. Interview 2: I then met with the recruiter on Google Meet where we talked about my general experience and salary expectations. Interview 3: A few days later, I met with a Data Scientist for a preliminary technical screening. It was not an in-depth interview - we just covered a few algorithms and models. Stage 2 Interview 4: Next, I was interviewed by the client's Tech Lead and we talked about my experience as well as what they did as a business. Interview 5: Technical screening with a Senior Software Developer (SQL and Python) where I wrote three increasingly difficult SQL queries followed by three Python questions. Interview 6: Interview with CEO. Normally this would have been when they made a decision, but I held two additional interviews with the CEO because of how closely I work with him.

HR contacted me via LinkedIn. The vacancy matched my experience and skills. The technical interview focused on modeling techniques and my experience with NLP. The interview with the client was more in-depth, but met the requirements for the future role and corresponded to my knowledge and skills. There was also online coding - a task for general logic and knowledge of the basics of python.
