The interview process was highly detailed and feedback-driven. It was a three-step process and the hiring manager ensured that I receive an adequate review of my performance after each step. The level of professionalism and care taken towards potential employers is something not a lot of organisations focus on. The interview was a great experience and I would give it a 10/10.
