Called in for interview after 1 week of submitting resume. I was called in to meet with HR. Scheduled based on my availability. On the day of the interview I met with HR, 2 Department VP's and the VP of People & Culture. They were all very nice and interested in my answers. I left and returned to meet the CEO Suuchi herself the same week, I came in late one evening after my workday. She was very interested in my ability to be honest about company growth and processes. She was upfront about wanting to hire me and said they would be in touch. The next day they called and made me an offer followed by and official offer. I gave my current employer at that time 1 1/2 weeks notice and started with Suuchi after. Its been an amazing experience and the growth here is promising.
