Great interviewing process. The recruiter was very experienced and made me feel very comfortable. We talked about what the position required, and how I felt my skills fit it. Phone interview first, the 1 on 1, then an online interview. The online interview gave you 30 seconds to read a question and 3 minutes to respond. That was probably the hardest part. Make sure you really know yourself and have some examples of past experience.
