Entretien
I spoke to a recruiter via LinkedIn and had a quick phone chat with them the day after I submitted my application online. They reached out to me almost immediately to set me up with a phone call with the hiring manager. The same day after I chatted with the hiring manager I was sent a technical assessment to complete based on how I use my resources to answer questions that a SurveyMonkey customer might contact the company with. After that was complete, I was set up with the hiring manager again to do a mock phone call as a customer rep and discuss any other questions I had. I was then invited to the Ottawa office to get a tour and interviewed with two people from the customer rep team, the hiring manager, and another manager from the customer success team (all individually). I then received my offer the day after that process was complete.

How long do you see yourself in a role before you move into another role in the company?
I participated in multiple Zoom interviews with HR, employees, and managers, engaging in discussions about my skills, experience, and cultural fit. Each conversation provided valuable insights into the company’s values, expectations, and work environment, reinforcing my enthusiasm for the role.

First interview was a screen call, second interview was with the hiring manager and the last one was a round of 3 more interviews (about 1.5 hs)
The interview was average.

Entretien
Interviewed with a recruiter, then a few days later interviewed with a manager. Then did a peer interview the next day. A few days later interviewed with the manager again and then the senior manager. The recruiter called me a few days later to let me know of their decision and we had been in contact via email the entire process.
