Initial phone screen from a recruiter, followed by an over the phone interview with what would have been my boss, followed by a 5 person panel, spending 30 minutes with each panelist individually. Great team, great atmosphere. Disappointed I wasn't offered the position but I wouldn't fault the team about their decision. Truly seems like a great organization that deserves top tier talent and hindsight being 20/20, I could have definitely done things a little difgerently. It was quite conversational in tone. Overall, a very positive experience despite the result.
