Initial phone screen with recruiter. Not conversational. Felt like a one-way street. Recruiter was assumptive with accomplishments in my past experience and disqualified me from the get-go. Clearly did not read resume because I was asked whether I was in a closing new business role or Account Management/renewal role previously. Recruiter came across as overly sensitive, rigid, and not receptive to steering off course from her script in any way, shape or form. The experience was condescending and belittling.
