The interview process was honestly disappointing and left me feeling frustrated. The technical exercises were overly complex and simply not suitable for a 45-minute time frame. On top of that, not all the necessary information was sent to me before the interview, which meant I wasted a significant amount of my time just trying to figure out what was expected. Their internal communication and organization were genuinely poor.
What made it even more frustrating was the inconsistency in feedback. The CTO gave me overwhelmingly positive feedback throughout the process, yet the manager still failed me on both the managerial and technical rounds, despite me completing around 80% of what was asked, which was already incredibly hard to deliver within the given constraints.
It felt like they are only looking for someone who is already a perfect fit in the sales/CRM space with no room for strong candidates who bring solid skills but may need a short ramp up. The lack of clear communication, missing pre-interview information, and the contradictory feedback signals between their own team members made for a very unprofessional experience overall.

I got contacted by a recruiter, which was super helpful during most of the process. The process is quite straightforward and includes a brief technical take-home task along with a discussion around it - nothing out of the ordinary. The only downside is that they simply ghost the application, without no feedback, even after spending a couple hours on their little test. I find it disrespectful to disappear after a couple of interviews + take-home test

Pretty simple and straightforward 3 step process: - Human to human talk - Technical challenge - High-level talk about architecture and system design I only talked to software engineers which is a good thing
