The initial contact with the company was great even though the Recruiter wasn't extremely responsive. There was a phone interview followed by an interview with four different individuals. About a week later I had to submit a followed up request to the recruiter to get a status on the position.

The process has become streamlined and less intense as previous years. Less interviews overall than in the past. Connecting and building rapport with the hiring manager goes a long way for any position. Make sure to send a thank you note

Not bad process. Very easy going. Relaxed environment. Beautiful lobby. Great place to interview. Not to mention free donuts and coffee and other sweets and such. I loved the interview process

The interview process was extensive -- I think there were seven stages of the interview process in total, but they didn't ask for references which I found interesting (and refreshing).

Most the interview questions were very standard and typical if I interviewed for this position anywhere else. The only question that surprised me was, "Can you share an example of a skill you've been growing that isn't related to your professional life?"
