I applied online and reached out to the recruiter a few days later to express my interest. The recruiter set up an initial phone screen, but never called. I decided to call, but no answer, and I wrote her an email to check in. She emailed a few hours later to explain that she was stuck in a meeting. We set a time for another date to speak. In the phone screen, she asked about my interest and experience. I thought it went well because she alleged that she would refer me to the hiring manager and was very eager to speak with me. Never heard back after that call. And no reply to my check in email.
