The interview process was efficient. I saw an advertising on LinkedIn, applied online and was called for an interview within a week. I met with HR and the senior sales manager. After 2 rounds I was offered the job. The interview was pretty informal and they were keen to ensure I had the right experience but also I would be a good fit with the existing team. The company is growing year on year so I was happy to accept an offer.
