I went into the store and was given an application to fill out by the manager, who happened to be on duty at the time. I filled it out and attached a resume, brought the package back about 3 days later. The manager had time to talk with me when I turned in the application and he asked me a couple questions, let me ask some questions, then made an offer.

Super quick and easy! All management levels in the store location were amazing and allowed you to feel comfortable! Definitely helps if you have some knowledge regarding brands and cooking to help customers.

The interview is mostly about being yourself and seeing if you want to be part of a foodie minded team of part time co-workers. This group is like friends who work together and all have a common hobby. Just go in and be your genuine self, honest about your experience and availableity and see if what they offer matches what you need.
Lengthy and detailed they were trying to see if I was a good fit. I really wanted to work there but it was only to be closing the store because they were liquidating certain store locations in the east coast
