Applied online was contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter messed up the timing multiple times. The interviewer was 15 minutes late to the call and then implied that I was the tough one to get a hold of which perhaps I was given the recruiter had messed up so many times. By the time I had the interview I really was not interested in the role, so it is doubtful I was at my best. If a company can't do proper recruitment, imagine what it is like once you are in there?! But perhaps the biggest turnoff was hearing how sales driven the company is - some of their products are considered questionable at best for delivering results, but I guess that doesn't matter if you are turning a large profit.
