It is more of a pitch to see if you want to work there. They literally let a 'special' person work there.... He was making a bit of money though. The boss is basically a salesperson for hiring. You think you can make alot of money so you join. Once you are in then you want to stay because you don't want to loose the time or money already invested. It is a circle and is hard to choose when to cut your losses.
