The Grammarly recruitment process is excellent! My recruiter was amazing to work with. She was super communicative, helpful and supportive throughout the interview process. The process itself was quite fast for a company this size and quite structured. Each interviewer had their areas of focus, which ensured a comprehensive and well rounded interview. Grammarly places a lot of weight on the cultural values, which is why, I think the entire team I met was fantastic! I had a recruiter screen, a manager screen and then interviews with business stakeholders. If the interview process is any reflection of what it's like to work at Grammarly, I think people should be excited to work here!
