J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Superhuman (San Francisco, CA) en janv. 2024
Entretien
The process is lengthy. 10+ conversations paced slowly. Expect the entire process to take several months. They interview for positions that may or may not be open - so you might invest considerable time only to find there’s no open headcount. They even go so far as to check your references even though there’s slim chance of an offer.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Technical interviews - 2 on SQL. One reading /interpreting graphs and basic business sense. Many that are behavioral or reviews of previous projects. No single interview seems odd - there are just an awful lot of them.
Overall great experience with the grammarly data team. I had a pretty standard data science interview questions, including product case, data manipulation, experiment/ab testing etc. The interviewers were very friendly.

Started with recruiter call then live coding technical section on SQL but without any data to actually work with. Then there was a business problem/case study section where the interviewer asked questions. Seemed more like an analyst interview versus data scientist

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Superhuman (Düsseldorf) en juin 2024
Entretien
Grammarly's interview process is amongst the best I have experienced. Although there were a lot of them (7 in total), they were scheduled efficiently and feedback was also given in a timely manner.

Question 1
All of the interview questions were reasonable and practical. There weren't any unreasonable trick questions.
