After my initial chat with my fantastic recruiter, the process was 5 steps. It included speaking with hiring managers, back-to-back panel interviews and one homework assignment. We spoke about past job experience and values. It is a lengthy process that would have been worth it whether I had received the job or not do to the in-depth interviews that would have prepared me well for other opportunities.
