In my perspective it was easier for i had networked with the area supervisor prior to finishing beauty school. Although first you go through an initial interview with the salon manager then if you are approved it is then passed on to get interviewed by the area supervisor, if you are accepted to be a part of the company you are then submitted to go to HSA(hairstylist academy) where then you will learn how to cut the supercuts way. Then after you pass the training with a 75% or higher you are on a 3month probation to be kept or let go, it is based off of your performance and speed(which I find lame) but if you pass your probation then you take a haircoloring class then you are finally a set employee of the company.
