Sipercell is famous company which pays uneeosanable bonuses, but struggling in recent years to develop something new. I decided to give them a try. I had a first call with HR, and aftet that metting with the dev team. The dev team did not bother to talk with me at all. After that HR called and said that they have a lot of candidates to choose from. I had weird feeling after this interview: it feelt that the employeed of a company arrived at some destination, and they are well off, and don't want to do anything else.
