Short Teams meeting with a Sales Manager. HR was not involved. Very informal. Next step would be to submit a sales plan. Also, the title changed from Sales Director to Sales Manager without much explanation.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Super Micro Computer, Inc. (Supermicro) (San Jose, CA) en oct. 2015

I was contacted by the hiring manager's assistant to set up a phone interview. After the standard phone interview, I was interviewed in person, with the hiring manager flying out to meet me. I was then told that Supermicro would like to fly me to their corporate headquarters in San Jose, California for in-person interviews with their Product Managers and Executive Leadership Team. The interviews were thorough, with a mix of business and technical questions to ensure that I understood their technology and how it stood apart from others in the marketplace, and also to ensure that I would be a good cultural fit for the company. It was apparent throughout the interview process that they are passionate about and proud of their technology, they are very conscientious about the planet and the carbon footprint produced by servers, and they are very careful in their selection of new employees to ensure their ongoing growth and success.
