some unhappy experiences in interview process,.
most jobs require you to get along with different types of people. Some of your coworkers, managers, and/or clients will turn out to be idiots, slackers, and/or weirdos. Disagreements are bound to arise.
To succeed at work, you must be able to deal with conflict professionally. This is particularly true in certain jobs (project management, customer service, law) and in certain company cultures.

Interview was very smooth. Direct manager asked straight to technical skills which I was very impressed and professional. They also stated that need to do OT which I didn't mind since its "take-turn"

Entretien
Initial interview with manager. Once passed, moved to on site interview. Mostly listened to the manager talk about servers while nodding and agreeing with what was said. It did not seems like much technical acumen or intelligence is required for the job.

The interview was with at least 10 individuals all at once, in a small warm room. Not the best experience.
I should have known they were behind the times compared to the rest of Silicon Valley when no one in the room had heard of unlimited PTO.
Accepting their offer was not a good career move. I should have checked Glassdoor first!
