Quick response to the application which turns out that they had basically 1 or 2 days to hire the requisite folks with their extensive 10 day background process. I was told mid interview that the hiring manager was busy and I didn't need to talk to them and was walked out. The team lead who interviewed me was sick and couldn't have cared less about the process. Easily the worst interview process in my 32 year career. I can't emphasize this enough.... this is the most basic call center job of all time with your time micromanaged and each person I saw there working looked as if it was a death sentence. Avoid at all costs. My "ding" letter said they found one person who was better than me.. they were hiring 17 people. A total joke. Again, avoid.

Every question was the most generic "Tell us about a time" question that you've ever heard in this situation. The team lead entering the information had the interest of a clown at a mime convention.
