The interview process was very chill; First one was online via zoom, second one was in-person. A lot of it was to gauge how you feel about Hospice and your interest/passion for it. They also go over what the role entails and what the workload.

Pretty straight forward and relaxed. Interviewer mostly just explained the job details (the ins and outs of hospice) and asked a few situational questions, as well as one triage question.
