Was 2 rounds and 1 in person. Overall very cordial and professional. The interviewers were genuinely interested in understanding the background and different challenges that I had solved - which were relevant to the role

Overall questions about experience in the past assignments
Email for interview was from non HR person and the confidentiality seemed in question. Declined to continue with the process for an interview as did not appear professional. Preference would be to deal with a head hunter over the HR group as did have interest in Suncor.
