The Interview process had 4 parts: - Online Technical Interview (coding challenge) - F2F Technical Interview (system architecture focused) - iOS Online Technical Interview (iOS focused) -HR online screening. I was present at all of these interviews and the whole process took about 1 month overall. They are nice people overall, but dont care enough about their potential employees time, since according to their HR department, I was declined based on some technical gaps that they were looking for in a candidate, but if thats the situation they wasted my time when summoning me for a final HR interview. the only logical conclusion is that they didnt mind wasting my time as long as they can keep me or any other competetents on a pending status...
