I applied online a few months ago no call back. I then reapplied 2 weeks ago. I received a call to come in for a interview on Wednesday. The interview was very easy going and informal. I then was emailed back to have a second interview. And I am the position should be filled in the beginning of October.

Casual Interview. Branch manager sat me down and ran through a list of basic questions. They more or less just wanted to know more about me personally and then explain the job in greater depth to confirm it was something I could handle.

Phone interview, interview with branch manager, phone interview with district manager. Generic questions understanding your work history making sure you don’t bash current employers or competitors. Interested to see why people come to rental houses because it’s not something people strive to do in life off the bat.
