Two phone screens, followed by an on-site all day interview. In the on-site portion, five different employees spent about an hour each with me. Most of the time was spent discussing leadership techniques and talking about engineering strategies and architecture. Some of the questions went into specific architecture/programming challenges. My flight to CA, hotel, Uber and meal expenses were covered by the company.
