it took 5 interviews. they really want you to talk yourself out of the job. they make you meet your potential manager 3 times then meet the VP for the longest interview. mine lasted almost 2 hours. he ask a bunch of open ended questions and I asked him just as many. if you run out of steam of things to talk about you will not get the job.
