There were four interview steps. The first was a five minute asynchronous screen, then an interview with an associate, then a senior associate, and then a principal for the team that I would be working on.

Cold Called them after reading an old post at my university. They needed an intern, and I had a phone interview with general questions about why i wanted to work there. Then they asked me to come in twice and asked a bunch of personality, and fit questions.
