Entretien
I got a call from consultant and arranged for an online test . After 2 weeks i got a call asking to appear for second round of interview. Here they called around 100 people . Hr people then started discussing about the roles and the process among themselves and finally arranged panel and started the process.
My experience was that interviewer has asked me to write codes for 4 or 5 basic programs in c# and then was asked to leave and done. He didn't even bothered to ask basic introduction questions like my name and about project.
I have seen people who has not taken written test are also called for interview . Not sure if HR is really bothered about the exam .If so then why are they asking people to do that.
