Interview was online through zoom with two people. Interview is about an hour long and ask you questions about strengths and weaknesses. They also give you various example about a situation with a child. Like what would you do if a child starts to be aggressive.

Hour long interview with a clinician and a HR person after a phone screen. Needed to prepare a writing sample and submit references. Interview went over the writing sample and asked scenario and the typical interview questions.
