Screening discussion about the role and expectations. First question was about Frontend Coding and second was general discussion plus a well known DSA based question. However, at the end the feedback was just that I am not a 100% fit for the role. Just one line to the interview of two rounds which I believe was done well and attributed to best of my behaviour. All interview experiences were saying negative and same, I still went ahead with that confidence in me and taking everything out here as a grain of salt. in the hindsight, I do think the problem is the position itself they are closing for. Its a tentative position and not required. Even if it's required, cherry on top, the hiring manager clearly mentioned that they are looking for "someone's head to put some blame" if anything goes wrong in production after code reviews. I took that too with a grain of salt. Tread carefully!

Entretien
Process was easy. Questions were more of theoretical. Actually they have broken process. I got a call after 3rd round that I am not a fit for role. They didn’t even care to inform over call. For them it was just “Important information about your application”.
I had an avg 1st round of interview and remaining 2,3 were good but I dont know later they just told that I am not a good fit.
They should not take other rounds if they want to take decision based on just 1st round of interview.
