Only made it to first phone call. My company experience was with smaller companies and they were interested in someone with big company experience. They were also interested in B2B experience and mine was mostly B2C.

They don't hire women. Look at their team on LinkedIn. If you ask about this, they'll say they "just can't find any good female candidates." You should be skeptical of any company that, time and time again, rates women as worse candidates than men. It likely isn't the candidates...
