I had around 5 interviews. The first was with the recruiter, second was a full day interview where I was interviewed by each rotational sector, then I had two more interviews because they were on the fence about hiring me, and then a final meeting with details on the selection.

Apply online first. Write two references. Transfer a good amount of what you have from your resume onto the paper application. In two-three weeks, if they like you, they will reach out for an interview. The first interview will be with a campus recruiter. If they like you in the interview, they will immediately set up a second interview. In the second interview, you will be interviewed by 3 employees for 30 minutes each.
