I went on two in-person interviews at Suffolk, on each I met 4-5 people who I would be working closely with. Not only did I get to meet many of my future coworkers, but I also was taken on a tour of Suffolk's new offices. Being able to visualize where I was going to sit, who I was going to work with, and the type of environment that Suffolk cultivates helped me ultimately decide to accept a full-time position
