Entretien
Very Professional. Asked lots of relevant questions and listened well. Unlike most other recruitment agencies you are not a number. The agency have put me forward for 3 roles so far in sales though they don't get many of this type of role. For the roles they have had I was over qualified and the pay was not enough but the agency did their very best to persuade the employer I would be worth the extra. An employer met with me twice on their advice and nearly took me on a field sales role as opposed to the tele sales role offered even though they did not have this role. I think was down to Sue Ross recruitment working their magic. However the other partner in the company did not agree and thought they should stick to the recruitment of a tele sales plan. I haven't got a role through them yet but they have just rung now to say they are still looking for the right company. Makes a change for recruiters to be as pro active as they expect the candidate to be.
