Talked with hiring manager, was invited on site and asked to do a take-home case to be presented during the onsite. The case was fairly complex and seemed to contain columns of data the hiring manager was not familiar with. The onsite involved meeting with many members of the company (loved it), getting a site tour/tasting, behavioral questions, and talking through most parts of the case (except the most time-consuming part, which they didn't ask about). The onsite was scheduled to be 4 hours but went long by an hour. After the onsite I didn't hear back, even after reaching out about next steps. I then saw new postings for the same role on several job boards, so I can only assume they are continuing to look.
