Applied online 1/29/16. Was called by district manager a few days later and told one of the locations I applied at was having open interviews 2/11/16. Went in on that day right after they started the open interview, sat with others waiting to be interviewed, and after 5 - 6 people was interviewed by the district manage and shift leader. Was told to expect a call the following day (Friday) or the next Monday to hear if I got the job or not. Was never called, so after a week I assumed I was not hired, and moved on.

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
