Interview process was pretty straight forward. If you're able to meet with the franchise owner, you may be picked for another store if one isn't currently hiring. My interview involved a demonstration of how i would cut open a sub bun. Don't cut all the way through and try to aim for a 30-45 degree cut. I hope this helps!

Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
