brief, casual, friendly. Took about 20 minutes. Basically asked for a background on my job history and asked to describe my daily roles and tasks. Then asked to descibe why i wanted the subway job.

Easy and nice to talk too. General convention about previous experience and understanding of the role. Nice and friendly to talk too and ask questions. Took around half an hour and very informal

Hiring and store manager was understanding about my situations and saw value in my experience. And also was willing to train me up to be a team leader within one year.

Not that many long and simple questions, and really nice staff doing the interviews. I only really talked through what I would be doing as a team leader, and I got the job really quickly.
