Applied online and received a call within a week asking me to come in for an interview. The interview lasted for all of about twenty minutes. The owner and myself had a 1:1; we reviewed the results of the online application, talked about the expectations of the job, she asked why I wanted the job, and then I was hired. Very straight forward, no curve balls.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
