The franchise owner contacted me directly after my 3rd application. I felt it was because I addressed the manager on shift by name since we had attended school together when I turned the last one in. Referrals meant a lot which usually meant quality workers were hired.

Will you be available to be called in on short notice? - Only difficult because I was told years later that I was so agreeable, she couldnt believe it was true and i actually followed through on all positive answers to questions. She was convinced I wasnt being wholly honest
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
