J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Liverpool, Angleterre) en oct. 2016
Entretien
Simple interview took about 5 minutes basically to see if you're a nice person or not, about availability and flexibility. Then started an unpaid trial shift with impatient staff when you're trying to learn everything thrown at you all in one. You are expected to know everything within a week and the management and staff have no patience so if you don't pick up the pace you could find yourself being rejected.

Easy and nice to talk too. General convention about previous experience and understanding of the role. Nice and friendly to talk too and ask questions. Took around half an hour and very informal

Not that many long and simple questions, and really nice staff doing the interviews. I only really talked through what I would be doing as a team leader, and I got the job really quickly.
