J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Manassas, VA) en juin 2011
Entretien
The interview was about ten minutes long and I had received a phone call to tell me to be at the tore an hour before. The interviewer was the owner of a couple of Subways. He was Indian and very hard to understand. The interview involved very little on my part as he seemed to just want me to nod and agree with him. I was asked to come into the store the next day to see how I liked it but would not be payed for that days work.
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Entretien
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
